1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All Sales Are Final
ALL PURCHASES OF GUARDIOBOT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. BY SUBSCRIBING TO GUARDIOBOT'S PAID SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND, CREDIT, OR REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE, LACK OF USE, TECHNICAL ISSUES, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ACCOUNT TERMINATION.
1.2 Subscription Payments
The GuardioBot Premium subscription is priced at $5.00 USD per month. Once payment is processed, it is immediately considered earned revenue for services provided during the subscription period. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1.3 Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing the subscription purchase process, you explicitly acknowledge that:

- You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable
- You accept full financial responsibility for your subscription
- You waive any right to dispute charges or request refunds except as explicitly stated in Section 4
- You understand that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
2. Subscription Details
2.1 Subscription Pricing
GuardioBot Premium subscription is offered at the following rate:
- Monthly Subscription: $5.00 USD per month
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change as described in Section 9.
2.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you initially subscribe and renews automatically on the same day of each subsequent month (or the last day of the month if your subscription date does not exist in a given month).
2.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You authorize GuardioBot and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your designated payment method automatically each billing cycle. Automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted service access.
Important: You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
2.4 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Accepted payment methods include:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Other payment methods supported by Stripe
You are responsible for maintaining valid, current payment information. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in subscription suspension or termination.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Right to Cancel
You may cancel your GuardioBot Premium subscription at any time. However, cancellation does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any previous billing periods.
3.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you may:
- Access your account settings through the GuardioBot dashboard or bot interface
- Manage your subscription directly through the Stripe customer portal
- Contact our support team at support@guardiobot.com for cancellation assistance
Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to prevent charges for the subsequent period.
3.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
- You will lose access to Premium features at the end of the current billing period
- You may resubscribe at any time, subject to then-current pricing
3.4 No Prorated Refunds
CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO A PRORATED REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND FOR DAYS, WEEKS, OR TIME REMAINING IN YOUR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU CANCEL.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
4.1 Payment Processing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error or malfunction in our payment processing system (not including user error), we will investigate and, if verified, issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion. You must report such errors within 30 days of the charge.
4.2 Duplicate Charges
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) upon verification. You must notify us within 30 days of the duplicate charge.
4.3 Unauthorized Charges
If you believe charges were made to your account without your authorization, you must:
- Contact us immediately at support@guardiobot.com
- Provide documentation and evidence of the unauthorized charge
- Cooperate with our investigation
If we verify that charges were unauthorized, we will work with you and Stripe to resolve the matter. Note that sharing your account credentials or payment information with others may disqualify claims of unauthorized charges.
4.4 Service Discontinuation
If GuardioBot permanently discontinues the Premium subscription service, we may, at our sole discretion, provide prorated refunds or credits for the unused portion of active subscriptions. However, we are under no obligation to do so, and any such refunds or credits are provided as a courtesy, not as a matter of right.
5. Service Interruptions and Availability
5.1 No Guarantee of Availability
GuardioBot does not guarantee that Premium services will be available 100% of the time. The Service may experience interruptions, downtime, errors, or reduced functionality due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform outages (Discord, Roblox), or circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 Maintenance and Downtime
We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible, but are under no obligation to do so.
5.3 No Credits or Refunds for Downtime
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUNDS, CREDITS, SERVICE EXTENSIONS, OR COMPENSATION FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DOWNTIME, REDUCED FUNCTIONALITY, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF DURATION OR CAUSE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY MAINTENANCE, TECHNICAL FAILURES, THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ISSUES, OR ANY OTHER REASON.
6. Account Termination
6.1 Termination by User
If you choose to terminate your account or subscription for any reason, you will not receive any refund for the current billing period or any previous periods. All payments made prior to termination are final.
6.2 Termination by GuardioBot
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and account access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Breach of any applicable laws or regulations
- At our sole discretion
6.3 No Refunds Upon Termination
IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED BY GUARDIOBOT FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING VIOLATIONS OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND, CREDIT, OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OR FOR ANY PAYMENTS MADE PRIOR TO TERMINATION.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
7.1 Contact Before Disputing
Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or other action with your financial institution or payment provider, you must first contact GuardioBot support at support@guardiobot.com to attempt to resolve the issue. Many billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
7.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or if you file a chargeback for charges that are valid and authorized:
- Your account and subscription will be immediately suspended or terminated
- You will be permanently banned from using GuardioBot services
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed, plus costs, fees, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
- We may report fraudulent chargebacks to credit bureaus or fraud prevention services
- You may be held liable for damages under applicable law
7.3 Dispute Resolution
All disputes regarding payments, billing, or refunds are subject to the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service, including the requirement for informal resolution, binding arbitration, and the class action waiver.
8. Payment Processor Terms

You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use any payment method you provide
- All payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
- You will maintain and promptly update your payment information to keep it current and valid
- You authorize GuardioBot and Stripe to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
9. Price Changes
9.1 Right to Modify Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, at our sole discretion. Price changes may be implemented for new subscriptions and upon renewal of existing subscriptions.
9.2 Notice of Price Changes
If we increase the subscription price, we will provide you with advance notice (typically at least 30 days) before the new price takes effect for your subscription. Notice may be provided through:
- Email notification to your registered email address
- In-app or bot notifications
- Announcement on our website or official communication channels
9.3 Grandfathered Pricing
We may, at our sole discretion, offer grandfathered pricing to existing subscribers, allowing them to maintain their current pricing for a limited or indefinite period. However, we are under no obligation to provide grandfathered pricing, and such pricing may be discontinued at any time with appropriate notice.
If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Continuing your subscription after receiving notice of a price increase constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
10. Taxes and Fees
10.1 Tax Responsibility
Subscription prices do not include any applicable federal, state, local, or international taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments ("Taxes"). You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with your subscription, except for taxes based on GuardioBot's net income.
If we are required to collect Taxes, they will be added to your subscription price and clearly itemized on your invoice or receipt. Tax amounts and applicability may vary based on your location and applicable tax laws.
10.2 Additional Fees
Your financial institution may impose additional fees for currency conversion, international transactions, or other payment processing. GuardioBot is not responsible for any such fees charged by third parties. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider.
11. Consumer Rights and Limitations
11.1 Waiver of Consumer Protection Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by subscribing to GuardioBot Premium, you waive any rights you may have under consumer protection laws to receive refunds, credits, or compensation for subscription services. This includes, but is not limited to, rights under:
- The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA)
- Federal consumer protection statutes
- State consumer protection laws
- Unfair or deceptive trade practices laws
11.2 Texas-Specific Rights
If you are a Texas resident, you may have certain rights under Texas law that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable Texas consumer protection laws. However, the limitations and exclusions in this policy shall apply to the maximum extent permitted under Texas law.
11.3 Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain consumer rights, refund policies, or liability for services paid in advance. 9. Filing unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
