Frequently asked questions
Is there a cost to join?
No. The partner programme is completely free. We're looking for genuine partnerships, not paying customers.
Does my community need to be safety-focused?
No. Gaming servers, creative communities, Roblox groups, fan servers — all are welcome. What matters is that your community is active, well-managed, and that there's a genuine reason to work together.
How long does the review take?
We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your application. If approved, we'll reach out to the email address or Discord account.
We're under 500 members — can we still apply?
Yes. The 500-member figure is a prefernence. We would still encourage you to apply even if you have a community under 500 members as long as you have a reason.
Can the partnership be ended at any time?
Out of respect, we would prefer if you gave us a notice period of at least 14 days. However if absolutely necessary, you may contact us to immediately end your partnership with no penalties.
My application was declined — can I reapply?
Yes. We'll always provide a clear reason when we decline an application. If your circumstances change or you've addressed the feedback, you're welcome to reapply at any time.
